Shipping to the United States

US shipping is supported. Shipping options, applicable costs, and your final total are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and the items ordered.

Tracking your order

Tracking details are provided in your order notifications when available. If you cannot locate a tracking update, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Returns

Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day period after delivery to request an eligible return. Eligibility conditions and exclusions apply.

  2. Wait for return instructions and the confirmed return destination.
  3. Do not mail items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or incorrect items

If there is an issue with your delivery, contact us promptly. Include your order number, a short description, and photos when possible.
